From the Racetrack to the Road
In the fields of automotive development AC Schnitzer concentrates consequently on the transfer of technology from racing to road tuning, since 1987 and avoids the compromises necessary in large-scale series production without even the slightest restriction on suitability for everyday use.
The world-wide increasing request for high-tech and top quality accessories for BMW motorcycles in connection with a customer orientated service lead us to transfer our technical know-how as well into the BMW motorcycle field.
Thus we established the new division "AC Schnitzer Motorrad-Technik" which then celebrated its first official appearance during the "INTERMOT 2000".
In Aachen, AC Schnitzer employs a team of 55 in the new AC Schnitzer building, concentrating on the development and world-wide sale of AC Schnitzer tuning accessories and complete vehicles.
To offer the customer a fast track to his modified dream BMW motorcycle (or car), a world-wide sales network has set up through the official BMW distribution network.
